Bacon Chocolate Milkshake (makes 3 1/2 cups)
Ingredients- 2 slices thinly cut bacon
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 6 tbsp cold milk
- 8 medium scoops softened chocolate ice cream
- pinch of salt
Preparation- Fry bacon over medium heat until crisp.
- Remove bacon and let excess fat in skillet cool.
- Blend 1 tbsp bacon fat, maple syrup, milk, ice cream, and salt until smooth.
- Pour into serving glasses.
- Garnish with crumbled bacon or slices for more bacon flavor.
