I was among them and am sad to see the saga end. but thanks to Peter Jackson have a new trilogy to enjoy

I was not a Twilight fan, at all, I thought the commercials for it were hokey ... until I was home recovering from a total hip replacement in 2011 and one station was showing Twilight and I got caught up in watching it over & over again. I borrowed the rest of the movies from a friend and then when Breaking Dawn, part 1, came out, I was among those who went to see it opening weekend.
I still don't consider myself a super fan, but now I can understand how the movies were popular, especially with teenage girls.
I am told by a few women my age that I should read the books, perhaps one day I will find the time to do so.
