Who said That?
type a quote from LOTR, TH or Sil and someone else will guess "who said that?" If you get it right, you go next. I'll start with an easy one:
Et Earello Endorenna utulien. Sinome maruvan ar Hildinyar tenn'Ambar-metta!
Out of the Great Sea to Middle-earth I am come. In this place will I abide, and my heirs, unto the ending of the world!

Re: Who said that? from another lotr web site
It's from FOTR. Gandalf is speaking to Bilbo, who is reluctant to leave the Ring behind, while preparing to leave Bag End after the big party.

OK, here's another easy one.
Who said: "Use well the days!"

Celeborn, to Aragorn, when they parted just outside Isengard.
He wore a tall pointed blue hat, a long grey cloak, and a silver scarf. He had a long white beard and bushy eyebrows that stuck out beyond the brim of his hat.

Close, it was near Isengard but it wasn't Celeborn.
Care to try again?

Galadriel is my guess.
"I'm a Hobbit, and I know I can't save Middle-Earth. I just want to help my friends. More than anything I wish I could see them again."

For the world is changing: I feel it in the water, I feel it in the earth, and I smell it in the air. I do not think we shall meet again.

Wasn't that Treebeard?
Re: Who said that? from another lotr web site
Aye!
Then Treebeard said farewell to each of them in turn, and he bowed tree times slowly and with great reverence to Celeborn and Galadriel. "It is long, long since we met by stock or by stone, A vanimar, banimalion nostari!" he said. It is sad that we should meet only thus at the ending. For the world is changing: I feel it in the water, I feel it in the earth, and I smell it in the air. I do not think we shall meet again."
"And Celeborn said: "I do not know, Eldest." But Galadriel said: "Not in Middle Earth, nor until the lands that lie under the wave are lifted up again. Then in the willow-meads of Tasarinan we may meet in the Spring. Farewell!"
