Why don't weeds go dormant in winter? Hasn't it occurred to them that this is an unfair advantage?

Ah - but if we find the good men, wouldn't they be very useful in getting rid of the weeds? (Or would that be a complete waste of good men??)Have Prim and Rosie got alternative motives in mind by actually cultivating the weeds in the first place? Hmm!

While I am sure that Rosie has been cultivating... things, don't you think I would take umbrage if it were done behind my back?

And do you think that our Prim would cultivate weeds for ANY reason?

How could we forget Gandalf?

Is that where they are hiding? And if the Good Men are in the weeds, wouldn't they be a little scratched up? Or do other people not have prickly brambles for weeds? Perhaps other weeds are soft and friendly weeds?
