Here is a place for the illustrations for our tale. I've a small number that I'm inserting into their places for the copy of this story over at the Scrapbook, and it seemed a pity not to have them here where it is all "happening."
I've relocated the two others from the commentaries thread to here.
If you have any to add, remember to keep them relatively small, for bandwidth's sake, and I'll host them. Thanks!

A bow to our good Doctor's passion for Looneyness.
And prim, the scary thing is that I can even guess where that hand comes from. Though I might be mistaken, I believe it is from the 'Long-Hared Music' spoof of Giovanni Jones and Bugs playing 'L-l-l-Leopold' on the podium. And thanks for the reference. I have been gone too long.
