Fellowship Festival: Moot on Saturday, 8:30 am! (txt)

As Indis pointed out in the earlier thread, we haven't yet planned a Moot for fanclub members, while there's quite a few of us coming. So what say you all?

Unfortunately I know neither the convention center or the hotel, so I can't really think of any place everyone could find okay, save perhaps the hotel lobby. Are all of you staying at the Wembley Plaza, as well? We could arrange a gathering there before the Opening Ceremony on Saturday, perhaps.

What does everyone think? Suggestions are very welcome!

ETA: Okay, so we're agreed on 8:30 am on Saturday in the lobby of the Wembley Plaza Hotel! See you there!

Yes, we are staying at the Wembley Plaza too and would be happy to meet there if the rest of you want to.

Definitely a moot is due!!!

Good idea to meet in the Hotel, if that is okay for everyone. The doors to the arena open at 8.00 am, the opening ceremony is at 10.00 am, so maybe we should meet around 8.30 in the hotel lobby, that should give everyone time enough to gather and we also have time for a cup of something (coffee!!!!

)and can decide whether we meet again during the weekend and where.
Is that okay for everybody???
