Yes, that was my plan, to make the studies the same size as the final paintings so I can use a tracing to transfer the composition to canvas, and use the detailed drawing as my reference. :)

And thank you both RWW and DoK :D

I love Smokey The Cat. Really nice pencil/charcoal? drawing.
Your Valar drawings are beautiful.
I like seeing progression in artists.
From cartoonists to Da Vinci they/we all evolve with age, experience, maturity, practice and a buring desire to create with our hands and minds to please ourselves and thereby please others.
Nicely done.

So my current project is a side-trip to one of my other fandoms: Doctor Who! I've made a couple of block prints and even listed them on Etsy, and even *sold* one! Here they are:

Your Valar portrait is gorgeous!! Samsmissy got into Dr. Who this summer, so I'll have to refer her to Etsy to take a peek at your stuff!
..the grey rain-curtain turned all to silver glass and was rolled back, and he beheld white shores and beyond them a far green country under a swift sunrise.

Beautiful work, Tini. That's a great portrait of Mr. Steed and Mrs. Peel! I also love the moth at the window... it really draws me in.
