Marty rides again

Post by Primula » Tue Jan 17, 2006 2:16 pm

Aha - that's where Marty went, eh Vison? Goodness, he bicycled fast to get to Edoras so quickly.

Kimby has been our Gollum, but we haven't seen her for a bit - I'll check in with her, but we may need to go scouting for a new one.

Lurtz - excellent!

Okay - Kimby has laid aside Gollum's loincloth for now, and Agape4Rivendell is picking it up (bless her!)... If Kimby has time to be here on a regular basis again, she may consider any of the parts open at the time, we are always glad to have her.

I shall miss Kimby immensely, but what fun to have Agape join us!

Loincloths and liverwurst

Post by agape4rivendell » Wed Jan 25, 2006 6:42 pm

I am NOT wearing that loincloth until someone washes it... preferably with a little bleach... not saying anything against our dear sweet Aunt Kimby - but she's been in it for TWO years now - from what I understand... and the thing, when first I espied it, stood by itself....

Now - who's going to volunteer to wash it... Eowyn... you're pretty good at homebody stuff.... *ducks*

Aragorn - No - can't even wash himself *ducks again*

Boromir - Ahhhhhhhhhhhh - never mind - I'll go wash him *oops*

See you all in the tale.... and thank you for the warm, albeit wet, welcome!

Oh one more thing...

Post by agape4rivendell » Wed Jan 25, 2006 10:04 pm

I've been trying furiously to catch up .... but got rendered totally useless when I read about the road.... oh my goodness.... the smell of asphalt... Sam being dragged along by one foot... Frodo trying to save him. I thought I would bust a gut!!!

Then - Legolas singing in Italian with a stick!

I hope I can measure up to about 2" compared to the 2' of the rest of you!

Thank you for allowing me to join the fray (er, fun)...

You're doing great, Agape!

though you may have to fight with Linaewen over washing B! 8)

It isn't hard for someone as talented as you to fit in here... you just have to act like you've escaped from a mental institution!

Some of us don't have to act as much as others! :goofy: :stretch:

I wouldn't know . . . when I got here they insisted that if I was to stay for dinner I had to wear a Jacket. But this one had sleeves that were WAY too long . . . you could tie them in back. They said, "You exagerate, DoctorGamgee." But I showed THEM! I made them give it a try and they DID tie in back. They said they would be back with a tailor . . . but they haven't brought my shrimp coctail either . . .

help?

Post by Primula » Fri Feb 03, 2006 6:59 am

Well, how do we keep from being washed over those falls? Ideas? Any aid from the rest of the Fellowship to save the Ring (and its bearer, and his companions) as well as the last heir of Isildur from just being washed out to sea? (even if it does appear Isildur's line is a little clogged up...)

Legolas, shoot us a line or something! Help!

Somehow I don't think Frodo's paddling can make it against the Rauros...

Boromir's thinking of a way, but hasn't quite come up with it yet! Guess he'd better hurry.

LOL, Prim! Legolas should have used a rod and reel with lembas bait to catch a Hobbit or two!

*reels them in*
