He's a sweet baby (okay, an 11 year old baby)!

Tori, Hobbitlad and I were in a production of Wizard of Oz over the summer. We all played multiple parts, but here are pics of each of us.
I was having dilusions of grandeur when I sat in the big man's chair.
Here is Hobbitlad posing in front of the munchkinland backdrop. We couldn't decide if it looked more like Hobbiton or the Smurf village. LOL!
And here is Tori*Took with her dance partner for the Jitterbug. ::sniff:: my little girl is really growing up!

This is me in my 16th century Tudor/Spanish court gown with French Hood which I wear at some of our SCA events. This is as dressed up as I get at these things, usually it's something much simpler and more comfortable as this kind of garb is pretty hard to shoot archery in.....actually, it's not worth trying to shoot in.
The one thing I forget about wearing the corset is that you kind of have to make choices.....eat...or breathe, you can't do both deeply and well. When the food is plenty and really good, I tend to forget and then feel kind of Kiera Knightly's character in PTOC....a bit lightheaded for lack of air. It is fun to be all girly once in a while though.
