I'm the 'newbiest' here!
Thanks for all the warm greetings from so many of you already. I see some familiar faces/names and I am already enjoying looking around and trying to settle in. I've posted a bit ( I tend to be somewhat shy) but I'm a friendly guy.
Thanks Tahawus for heading me in this direction.
Matt

Well it's good to have you here, Matt.
So where do you recognise the familar names from? Have you lurked for a while, or where you part of the crowd on the 'old' boards?

Glad to see you're settling in.
I will take it. I will take it. I will take the Ring to Mordor, though I do not know the way. ~ Frodo Baggins

Hullo, Matt - welcome and well met! Sounds like you are already being at home, we're very glad to have you join us.
Re: I'm the 'newbiest' here!
Thanks again for the nice welcome. I usually hang out in groups and gaming areas more so than forums but used to frequent some of the older boards. I am happy to be here.

Shyness doesn't last long here. I was quite shy at first myself and now, I have the second highest number of posts! Feel free to catch up! We're very happy to have you as a member of our fine fellowship!

A bit late in saying welcome, but and

Ah, matt, forgive me please for not responding before now! You arrived, apparently, right when I took off for a few days, so I missed this. We all really are glad you decided to join us, and look forward to getting to know you better - and having you get to know us! - over the course of the future.
How about what's finally happening with The Hobbit? Great news... or not? Would love to hear what you have to say on the topic on one of the appropriate threads. Or drop just a morsel here... I'll be back to pick it up later today.

White shores are calling... You and I will meet again.
Re: I'm the 'newbiest' here!
Again, thanks to all for the warmest welcome ever!
I'll drop my 2 cent morsel about The Hobbit here if that is ok-
I sincerely believe that PJ will not let his fans down. I have read where many fans are upset and worried about the continuity of the new film(s) but I say relax and let PJ and Del Toro do what they do best. I'm not worried, everything will turn out.
well, maybe that was a 3 cent morsel-

It was a good morsel, matt, and one that I hope proves truer than true.
