WELCOME LORE OF THE RING
CONTEST ROUND 71
CONCERNING HOBBITS

The rules to be followed are
~ that the contest ends at midnight, November 15th, 2010. So don’t be late

~ any questions about the Rules or anything concerning the Contest they may be directed to the Middle-Earth Scribe at

middleearthscribe@gmail.com, and that they should put "CONTEST REQUEST" on the subject line of their email.

~ a full list of the Rules may be found on the Scrapbook’s Lore of the Ring "The Rules" page.

~ that anyone can and may enter this contest.

~ that all questions come from, and the answers to said questions can be, found in the books (TH, LOTR, TTT and ROTK), but that the questions may come from any part of the books (the text, the maps, the songs, the poems, the appendices, the indexes, etc.), and that use of the books is not only permitted, but encouraged, along with any other reference source you have. Also note that use of the movies as an aide is discouraged for they may lead you astray in your search.

Do Not I repeat, Do not put your answers on the Board. They are to go to the Middle-Earth Scribe only. In Subject box put Lore of The ring Contest 71 answers and please remember to let the scribe know who you are i.e. your board name she, she is fantastic, but not psychic.

Hmm, yes, tricksey questions or easy questions, the choice is up to you!! :eyebrow:

But, yes, Lore of the Rings is taking a month off (being run by a lazy Scribe/hobbit), but will return with the new year.

So, enjoy the holidays, be safe, have fun, eat lots of food (that's the hobbit in me coming out), and be ready when January rolls around!!

I just cannot believe I missed this hobbity round- thought life would slow down this past few weeks, but found out I was wrong! congrats, DoK!
