We use to do this game over on Decipher, and since I haven't seen it started over here, I'll start it again. We'll do the Extended Editions.

The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring

(Opens to a black screen)
Galadriel: I amar prestar aen, The world is changed, han mathon ne nen, I feel in the water, han mathon ne chae, I feel it in the earth, a han noston ned 'wilith, I smell it in the air. Much that once was is lost, for none now live who remember it.
(Opens to rings being forged)
Galadriel: (voice-over) It began with the forging of the Great Rings. Three were given to the Elves: immortal, wisest and fairest of all beings...
(Shows Galadriel, Gil-galad, and Cirdan(?) looking at their rings.)
...Seven to the Dwarf-lords: Great miners and craftsmen of the mountain halls...
(Shows the Seven dwarfs taking their rings off a pillow and holding them up in the air)
...And nine, nine were gifted to the race of Men who, above all else, desire power...
(Shows the Nine Men. Then cuts over to a map of Middle-earth.)
...For within these rings was bound the strength and will to govern each race. But they were all of them deceived, for another ring was made...
(Screen goes black, then shows a close-up of Mordor on the Middle-earth map. Cuts to the real Mount Doom)
...In the land of Mordor, In the fires of Mount Doom...
(Shows a close-up of Sauron before his face disappears in fire. Shows Sauron standing in Sammath Naur, the Cracks of Doom, holding up his hand.)
...the Dark Lord Sauron forged in secret a Master Ring, to control all others...
(Fire covers the screen, then the close-up of the Ring.)
...And into this Ring he poured his cruelty, his malice, and his will to dominate all life. One Ring to rule them all...
(Shows the Ring on Sauron's finger where the "One ring to rule them all, one ring to find them, one ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them." appears in Mordor writing. Show map if Middle-earth being cover by a shadow coming out of Mordor overlaided with images of people fleeing orcs and orcs burning towns. Screen goes black.)
...One by one, the Free Lands of Middle-earth fell to the power of the Ring. But there were some who resisted...
(Shows the Last Army marching up to Mount Doom where Orcs start to attack.)
...A last Alliance of Men and Elves mached against the armies of Mordor and on the slopes of Mount Doom, they fought for the freedom of Middle-earth...
(Shows a close-up to several Orcs then cuts over to Gondorian Soldiers firing arrows at the orcs. Shows Orcs falling off the slopes of Mount Doom. Cuts over to Elrond yelling orders.)
Elrond: Tangado haid! Leithio i philinn! (Hold your positions! Fire the arrows!)
(Elvish archers get arrows ready and then fires them out the onsaught of Orcs. The front line of Orcs fall over dead. The Elves then go into hand-to-hand combat with the Orcs. Battle follows.)
...Victory was near...
(Gil-galad kills an Orc with a spear. Elendil holds up Anduril and gives a battle-cry. Elrond and Isildur stop fighting. Elendil stops also along with the group of soldiers around him. Sauron approaches with a mace.)
...But the power of the Ring could not be undone...
(The Ring burns red with its writing on it. Sauron starts to wipe out the soldiers with the mace. Sauron knocks Elendil into a rock face. Isildur runs over to Elendil and takes off his helmet.)
...It was in this moment, when all hope had faded, that Isildur, son of the king, took up his father's sword...
(Isildur starts crying for his dead father, Sauron stand over him. Isildur takes Anduril but Sauron steps on it and breaks it into 6 shards. Sauron reaches out towards Isildur but Isildur, with the handle-shard of Anduril cuts Sauron's fingers off, including the one with the One Ring. Sauron recoils then begins to glow white-hot, pulling in a gust of wind then explodes, wiping out both armies.)
...Sauron, the enemy of the Free Peoples of Middle-earth, was defeated. The Ring passed to Isildur, who had this one chance to destroy evil forever. But the hearts of Men are easliy corrupted and the Ring of Power has a will of its own...
(Sauron's Finger turns to dust, Isildur looks at the ring. Cuts to 2 years later, Isilder, with the Ring around his neck, and several of his men are walking Gladden Fields. Orcs attack them from hiding in the trees.)
Ford: Don't worry, I trust them to the end of the Earth.
Arthur: And how long is that?
Ford: About 12 minutes.

We're supposed to continue it, right?

Yeah, yes we are. Stupid me.

Isildur places the Ring on his finger and vanishes, running into the Anduin river.

Galadriel: It betrayed Isildur to his death.

The Ring slips from Isildur's finger in the water, some Orcs spy him and he is shot by several arrows.

Galadriel: History became legend, legend became myth and for two and a half thousand years, the Ring passed out of all knowledge. Until, when chance came, it ensnared a new bearer.

The Ring lands in the riverbed as time passes. Then a hand descends into the water and grabs the Ring.

Gollum: My Precioussssss
Don't blame me for the size of my ego, it's just proportionate to the size of my genius!

GALADRIEL
The Ring came to the creature Gollum, who
took it deep into the tunnels of the
Misty Mountains.

GALADRIEL
And there, it consumed him. A RASPY VOICE
mutters in the half light...

GOLLUM
It came to me. My own. My love...
(ecstatic whisper)
My preciousness.

GALADRIEL
The Ring brought to Gollum unnatural long
life. For five hundred years it poisoned
his mind. And in the gloom of Gollum's
cave.

GALADRIEL
It waited.

GALADRIEL
Darkness crept back into the forests of
the world. Rumor grew of a Shadow in the
East...whispers of a nameless fear. And
the Ring of Power perceived...its time
had now come. It abandoned Gollum.

GALADRIEL
But something happened then the Ring did
not intend...

GALADRIEL
It was picked up by the most unlikely
creature imaginable...

BILBO
(to himself)
What's this?

GALADRIEL
A Hobbit....Bilbo Baggins of the Shire.

BILBO
(surprised)
A Ring.

GOLLUM
Lost! Lost! My Precious is lost!!

Frightened Bilbo quickly pockets the Ring and hurries on.

GALADRIEL
For the time will soon come when Hobbits
will shape the fortunes of all.
“I wish it need not have happened in my time,” said Frodo.
“So do I,” said Gandalf, “and so do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us.”
~The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring
