We finally finished the un-used pancake mix from last Moot about a month ago

The other leftovers didn't last nearly so long!

So that leaves Saturday lunch, right?

Hmmm. Does everyone like seafood? Any allergies?

I'd thought about maybe salmon filets or shrimp or maybe soup (Jamaican Seafood Chowder or Gumbo) ... ... and crab-stuffed mushrooms and a salad (or some veggie).

Yes ... No ... Maybe ... or suggestions!

You can go ahead and put me down for lunch on Saturday, and if any of the above doesn't work, I'll come up with something else!!

So... the roster of cooks/meals is:

Friday supper: DoK (pork chops)

Saturday breakfast: AnnaEstel
Saturday lunch: Ashlyn (seafood)
Saturday supper: Lind (chili verde)

Sunday breakfast: Firiel
Sunday lunch: Leftovers Free-for-all

Corners will be filled up with fresh fruits and veggies, mushrooms, and other yummies. :yum:

(And I put on 3 lbs just typing that.)

We have one "Oh yum!!!" from Lindorie. (Is that a vote for any of those in particular or just a statement in general?)

And one "salmon" from AnnaEstel!

Anybody else want to vote on type of seafood for Saturday lunch? Or make a suggestion if none of the one's I mentioned above suit your taste.

Love seafood of all kinds. (Do a killer salmon, myself.)

If it's not oysters or calamari, it's all good in my book. Salmon is awesome.

(And actually, the fried calamari rings aren't bad, but the tentacles give me the heebie-jeebies.) :-(

Imagine the plate you'd need for fried watcher tentacles and rings...

Just tried to click on the links for the location of the moot and wasn't able to get the pages to open. Anybody got an address?
